Welcome to Hits Media. By booking our 1-Day Website Creation services or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

Hits Media provides express 1-Day website and landing page setup packages for businesses. This package includes a domain registration (.com or .in) for 1 year, SSL certificate configuration, and deployment on Hostinger hosting server environments.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance deposit of ₹3,000 is required to secure your booking, lock in promotional pricing, and establish your workspace account.
  • Remaining Balance: The balance amount of ₹2,000 is payable immediately upon showing you the completed website layout draft on our staging server.
  • Payment Processing: All transactions are securely routed and synchronized via Razorpay.

3. Client Content & Delivery Guarantee

The guaranteed "1-Day Delivery" (24-hour turnaround) begins only after the client logs into their Client Portal workspace and submits complete site variables (including Company Name, targeted SEO Keywords, Core Services list, preferred domain choices, logo/branding media, and additional copy text).

4. Domain Registration & Server Hosting

Domains and Hostinger configurations are provided free of cost for the first 12 months from the date of booking. Subsequent yearly renewals (approx. ₹800-1000/year for standard domains) are the sole financial responsibility of the client. Hits Media does not charge recurrent maintenance fees.

5. Revisions & Intellectual Property

Standard revision support is provided for 7 days post-deployment. The client retains full ownership and licensing rights of the completed site once the outstanding balance of ₹2,000 is fully paid. We reserve the right to display a clean designer credit link in the footer unless explicitly requested otherwise.
